Staff was very friendly and helpful. The exam was thorough. The doctor was honest and didn't try to upsell services. The dispenser was kind and found me the perfect frames. No problem with my insurance.

Front desk staff have no customer service skills, tried to cancel a glasses order within 18 hours of placing it and they denied my refund of my deposit and said they will not cancel the order. There are NO cancelation or refund policies posted anywhere in the office. They are making me come back to the office to speak with a supervisor to get this resolved. I have already disputed the charge with my bank. The doctor I saw was nice but after being diagnosed with possible glaucoma and then told they would not do further testing and glasses forced upon me, I will be finding another optometrist for the future.

I’ve been going to this office for almost 10 years and I’ve never been more satisfied. I am so happy to work with all the doctors and staff, they are all extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and they were able to educate me and help me with all my optometry needs. I trust everybody who works there and I know that every time I need to make an appointment and to visit their office, I am always going to be treated with care. I enjoy visiting the office because it is also very clean and well kept! 10/10 recommend this place! Thank you team for the best service. Just purchased some new glasses and contacts and I’m so happy!

The Dr was extremely thorough with my eye examination and spent time to discuss all my questions and concerns. I really like the selection of eyewear they have as well. I was able to find a pair of frames that fit my style and were covered by my insurance. Thank you everyone!

The staff are good and accommodating, the lady who did the test on my eyes is skilled. The doctor help me a lot when I told him I'm pre-diabetic, and we are going when it's my mom's time to do an eye exam. Thanks

The people on the front are horrible not the lady that helps you with the glasses nor Dr they are wonderful but Ruth and the other girl i believe her name is alex not 100% sure is the person thag schedules, i think it is, they have horrible attitude they were speaking poorly about me and about my chart so they violated my HIPAA rights she didnt mute my call i had them on speaker so my home cameras got this i will report them for HIPAA violation. They gave me the wrong appointment when Dr was not in office didn’t even know what they were doing. They were trying to make me do the whole process to get Contacts all over again. I have to tell them that everything was already done. I just have to pick them up.
