Have used them monthly for about 4 years now , have to say very helpful and kind. Pharmiscist is sharp , he highlighted that two different drugs prescribed to me from the hospital were conflicting and have been known (on rare occasions) to cause catastrophic heart failure when combined. Got to give them 5 stars. This is why they take time before issuing medication. I can trust them

Very rude staff! Mainly the pharmacist. Made me feel like a drug addict because i wanted a pack on paracetamol. Now I actively look for alternative pharmacies, even if they are further away.

45 minute wait times for a prescription with only 1 other person in the building, like other reviews have stated the customer service experience is awful, you're treated like they don't want you to be there

Very rude staff!! From working in a pharmacy did not expect this.. didn't ask any appropriate questions when asked for over the counter medication..
Looked at us and stared when we asked for a certain item.. tried to contradict what I wanted to purchase. Do not go if you want any advice!! Also could see pharmacist lying to front of shop staff and to say to us they didn't have an item in stock.

For the photo studio inside this pharmacy:
Do not visit this place if you are looking for passport photos. They do not know the requirements of it, and are terrible at taking photographs. I had my doubts after reading other similar reviews, but still got my passport photos made from here. And result was, the photos were rejected because background was too dark. They do not even know that basic requirement of any passport photo is clean white background. Wasted my money here and more importantly my time. Also they do not even cut the photos after printing it as, apparently they do not have right size cutter for it. My advice avoid this place and visit the one in Dandrum Shopping center.

My flatmates and I ordered from here while we were isolating. Because we were isolating, they personally delivered our order on the same day, as the usual delivery service would’ve taken a couple of days to reach us. They also included some thoughtful lagniappes, which was a lovely gesture.
